I purchased 2 for picking up large pieces of meat. Glad I did. I would buy again. They do not bend at all, it cast-iron.

I’ll be hosting a BBQ for the big game on Sunday and I tried this spatula today to test it out and was surprised by the great quality and how easy it was to clean. For it being cast iron (which is all I cook with and stainless steel) this spatula wasn’t too heavy on the wrist. Fast shipping helped! Very happy with my purchase. Thanks a lot!

This was cut from a new cast iron skillet, still very rough casting, bevel not ground enough to be a useful spatula, sharpen the bevel a little more, sand and and smooth out the casting a little, you'd have a pretty nice and useful spatula that I would buy. I did purchase one, just a little to much work to make it useful, I returned it.

I bought mine from their website last month - BEFORE this item came to Amazon, bought 2 one for me & one as a birthday gift for a cousin who bbq’s a lot & for indoor use as well - A bit on the heavy side - it’s cast iron, I expected that - I use it on everything, I think I can now get rid of ALL the old pancake flippers with a burned edge, this will replace all those. Just about anything you want to turn over on the grill, on the stove, in the oven, it can handle it…obviously if the food is runny, & not ‘firm’ on the bottom, & maybe a lot larger than the flipper - will need a little help with a second flipper of your choice - so you may want to order 2, just a thought…
