Accurate and good quality
Very simple to use and accurate I took them to the doctors as I suffer from high blood pressure i. The practice nurse checked them for me and said they were very accurate. Even if you have no medical knowledge they are easy to use. Just ensure you have the cuff correctly positioned and that you keep your arm still. Good quality fast delivery idealIf you found my comment useful please press the helpful vote button

Very Pleased
I've never used one of these before, but when I go to the doctor's, I definitely get white coat syndrome, and I have fibromyalgia, and it feels like they are literally cutting my arm off, it's excruciating. I have read that the cuff not being the right size makes it worse, which I why I chose the large cuff for my large arms. A bit hesitant to try it, but pleasantly surprised that it didn't hurt half as much as the doctor's. A high reading, so did it again knowing that it wasn't going to hurt too much, and because I was relaxed, it came down a bit. I tested my son and boyfriend, and theirs was as they should be, so I believe it to be reasonably accurate. It was easy to use. Only con so far, is why do the big numbers, aimed at us older people who are losing their eyesight, then give an instruction booklet that is so small I strained to see it with my glasses, but we've all got magnifiers I suppose. God it's fun getting old, all these gadgets!😜

Large armband as required for an adult male.
Originally purchased a well known make from Argos for pretty much the same price but found i was getting inconsistent results from it so i popped it to my doc,s surgery only to find that it had the wrong arm band size ( med ) Argos you need to let people know one size does not fit all med is normally only suitable for an adult female.Anyway about this unit works great has a large armband suitable for an adult male and has some additional features not normally found on models in this price range, it's well made and easy to operate, a bag to store it in would have been handy but hey can't have it all, would have no hesitation in recommending very good value for the money.

Does the job
I purchased this going by the feedback and price.Delivered within 20hrs of ordering so all good there. Unboxed and noticed the box of the monitor was crushed in one corner but luckily no damage noted. All parts unpacked and noticed no batteries, bit of a let down as most goods come with batteries these days.Monitor appears to work well on the 3 measurements taken. Instructions are not great but workable.Hoping it doesn’t eat the battery power quickly so will update in a few weeks.

Easy to use Blood Pressure Monitor!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The product arrived on the date indicated, with good protection. I ordered it for my mother-in-law who has been wanting one for a while. After reading previous reviews this blood pressure reader seemed simple for an old person to use.It comes with a user manual quite easy to follow. I tried it myself to see how it worked and it is easy to use and to teach and old person how they can use it when they need it. It is quite practical and it can be easily stored anywhere. The price is reasonable, works well and it is great for controlling the blood pressure daily. It can also record readings for two people, with a memory of up to 90 records to be stored. My mother-in-law is very happy with it, she feels more comfortable having one of these at home as she can control her blood pressure now. She wanted a simple blood pressure reader and this one is perfect as it is not complicated to use even for an old person.

Readings will vary!
Just bought this after health check identified early indication of high blood pressure.Agree with others that is simple to set up and operate and like the automatic recording of records for review. What I am surprised about is the variation of readings.I always sit for 10 minutes before taking a reading and always sit at the same table with arm resting so the band is the same height as the unit.Readings vary by 25mmHg for Sys and 20 for Dia.I can’t find any explanation for this - tends to be at different times of the day and after exercise or not, but I don’t believe the machine is malfunctioning, readings taken with 15 minutes tend to be broadly similar.I think maybe interpreting blood pressure readings is a black art!

Effective machine for taking Blood Pressure
The product is easy to use, but we struggled to understand how to access the second user. Now that we've worked that through, it's going well.Accuracy - my husband and I have different blood pressure, and it's consistently reporting us where we expect to be.The output is in large print on a screen - no confusing graphs or unexpected info - just pulse and blood pressure in an easy to read format. The machine also stores readongs, and it's easy to look through the records for each user.Cuff fits both my husband (healthy weight) & I (very overweight).

Works well. Easy to use.
This Simbr upper arm blood pressure monitor works well and is easy to use. It is more accurate than a wrist monitor. It did not come with batteries, so you will need to buy 4 AA type batteries. There seems to be no mains adapter recommended for this device. If you want to run it from the mains rather than battery, you will need to buy a 6volt adapter with provides at least 600mA. The plug which goes into the monitor must be 5.5mm external diameter and 2.1mm internal diameter and the centre pole must be the positive pole. The adaptor for the Omron is not suitable, - the plug is not the correct size, and the polarity is not correct for the Simbr.
