While it is a good idea just in general, if you are on a cut then taking a multi is especially critical because this is when you are most likely to be hard up for nutrients and more likely to be tracking everything more precisely. When I am in this situation, this is the multi I snatch up all day. The nutritional composition is on point, they do not leave a funky aftertaste and they are not a horse pill that is hard to get down either.This is a balanced release two pill a day regimen. So I would suggest one with breakfast and the second with dinner. If you are on a cut or if you just train especially hard this is a worthwhile add to your arsenal.

They taste terrible. But don’t let that sway you. It’s a multivitamin. Not a 5 star meal. They also make you pee neon yellow. But I feel amazing. MET-Rx has been my go to brand for years for quality. You can’t beat the price for what your getting for a supplement. Take them with a protein drink and you’ll completely miss the taste of old coarse 14 blue seal cow grain. In all honesty I highly recommend these and have been completely satisfied with them and will be buying again when I run out. Seller was amazing quick with getting them to me. 10 stars all around except for taste but that’s not a deal breaker.

I switch up my vitamins every few months. Usually I get a liquid multi-vit. But, I like Met Rx products, they have a good reputation for quality, and they are economical. I take two in the morning, keeps me going all day.

This is a pretty good Multi for active men, especially those over 50.NOTE: Amazon is de-platforming companies, who they previously hosted on their servers, for no valid reason other than "virtue signaling" and promoting a Leftist agenda. I will be phasing out my purchases from Amazon and plan to eventually only purchase products from other online resellers, preferably those who offer American-made items, or at least not Chi-com (Chinese communist) made junk. This is not an easy thing to do, but I urge you to do the same!

I have tried several men's vitamins over the years, and had used a popular one for a long time now. Switched to Met-Rx because it was cheaper, on Subscribe & Save, and I thought it's always a good idea to mix things up after awhile. So far, great results. More energy, less 2:30pm fatigue, and better all-around health and immune system. I'll keep using this product for quite some time.

Very good multis. i work 3rd shift in a warehouse and these added with my caffeine (thermogenics), keep me going til 7am. I also hit the gym late at night 1am about 4x a week, and i know i'm getting all my minerals and vitamins! As with any supplement, i drink a lot more water so that i dont dehydrate and pee wont be lime green! I've learned to get past the fishy cardboard taste of these pills. Way better daily values than gnc multis...

I gave this a average rating simply because I do not feel any different using them or not using them. I like that a serving is only two pills. I used orange triad and it is much much better however they are also more expensive and a serving is 6 pills.

I'm a 25 year old male that is very active (lift weights ~5 times a week + cardio). I prefer these over other products like Optimum Men's Multivitamins because they're comparably priced (I'm never going to break the bank for a multivitamin), provide a good burst of energy during my workday, and I can take them on an empty stomach without feeling sick or bloated. Can't say the same for most other brands I've tried. Just wish they came in a time release capsule so that they were able to provide continuous benefit, as opposed to a short-length burst.
