This book has some amazing passages that have made me cry and feel emotions I had not thought about. I would recommend this book to anyone who is trying to grow and learning to love themselves.

I bought this when I was facing a tough time in my life from heartbreak, it’s a good read and nice to go back to to remind yourself of what healing looks like. All the different parts. 🤍

Only a few pages in and I just can’t wait to keep feeding into it more

I love this book, it is such a nice read

I wish the religious element of this book was mentioned in the description as there are frequent references to God which I was not expecting and as a result it’s just totally not my thing; really would have been helpful to know this about the content before buying.
