Snow Foam Lance Lavor Compatible

Fantastic snow lance and bottle. This was my third try at finding one to fit a Spear and Jackson pressure washer, the first two were sent back as either did not fit or poor fiiting. This one fits a treat, no leaks and performs well with the adjustment working fine. It covers the car in a thick foam (photo does not do it justice as by the time I got my phone to take a picture it was running off) and works well. On a side not the tops of these are small to fill, I use a washing machine liquid pod to fill it as you get no wastage and two pod fulls then top up with water is more than enough to do an estate car.

Only used once to date with Autoglym snow foam concentrate part to 10 parts water and very impressed with foam thickness and application. Adjustment at nozzle and at mixture take up knob. Bottle size produced enough foam to cover SUV once with some to spare so may, with different adjustments at knob and nozzle, be possible to get 2 washes from one bottle of mix. Good product and sturdily built.

Fits the Whale pressure washer (I don't think they're even in business any more) but when fitted, the bottle is horizontal as opposed to vertical. Not a big deal as you can just turn the whole thing through 90 degrees, but it makes you look like a wannabe gangster shootin it up with da po po.

It's a bit expensive I reckon but then it's very sturdy. Hard plastic and metal nozzle parts so that's good. I can now use it on my qualcast pressure washer and get proper snow foam on the car and adjust foam ratio. The bottle is big and I only need 1/4 for 2 passes on the car.

Great snow foam lance. I bought it to fit my Challenger jet wash from Argos. Perfect fit and works really well.I didn't want to spend too much as I wasn't sure if my cheapie pressure washer would be up to much but with this lance and Autoglym polar blast I had loads of foam! Fantastic!

The bottle and brass work seem to be well made BUT....Like many other reviewers have said when attached it doesn't line up with the pressure washer trigger. Either the bottle is on the twist or the trigger is. This doesn't stop it working but it's more than a little annoying!The bigger problem though is getting it to work properly! To get the right amount of pressure and foam I have to nearly tighten the adjuster all the way and not only is that difficult but it's exceptionally sensitive... a tiny bit too tight and it dribbles... loosen it a bit and it floods out!There must be better lances available!

When I finally filed the attachment part so that it would fit my hose lock pressure washer it was great, fantastic job at foaming up.... Coupled with meguiars snow foam it's a great addition to the wash regime... My Mrs loves it.... Not.

I have a Vax pressure washer so found it difficult to find a suitable snow foam lance. This one connects fine although I have to hold the trigger sideways so the bottle is vertical, but it's not so much of hardship. The next alternative was double the price so I opted for this one. I have used it several times now with Auto Finesse Avalanche which is widely regarded as one of the best snow foams on the market. The results have been inconsistent when using with the recommended maximum amount of snow foam (2 inches in the bottle). It goes on very wet to begin with and the foam quickly runs off the car, but towards the end it gets thicker and hangs around for much longer. Maybe I need to shake it up even more than I am doing. Either way I'll carry on experimenting.I'm not totally satisfied with this product but at the end of the day the foam gets the car really clean without touching it so I suppose the job is done and for a good price so in that respect I'm pretty happy with it. If I could get the foam thick from the beginning I'd give this product 5 stars.UPDATE 01/04/16: I have now managed to get the perfect amount of snow foam mixture which has produced excellent thick foam (see attached photo). I used 1" of mixture instead of 2" which seems to have the opposite affect of what you'd think. Less is more! As stated above I have now upgraded to 5 stars. An excellent product for the money.
