Reliable, waterproof and very affordable.
After 10 years the band on my old one finally bit the dust. It was time for another great, reliable Timex that never quits. New band, new watch. Can't beat 'em for price and quality. Waterproof and reliable. Takes a licking, keeps on ticking as the old saying goes.

The best Timex and most practical watch I own.
I have many different watches and several Timex watches. Not only is this the best Timex I've ever seen it's the most practical watch I own. Having the center button control the Indiglo light instead of Start/Split function as on the Ironman makes more sense to me. I removed the compass as I already own a good compass. The watch weighs 39 Grams. It fits perfectly, stays put, and the band is really good. This is coming from a man that almost always replaces bands or bracelets on new watches. This is the only Timex I own that still has the stock band. Buy it and don't look back. Wear it amongst a crowd of Rolex and AP owners proudly.

Nice lightweight utility watch
This watch wear comfortably, is easy to read, easy to set, and has a useful set of functions. It also has a quite loud alarm beep, which for me is a positive. The backlight illuminates the digits, not the background, which is less blinding if your eyes are adapted to the dark. Minor negatives: it uses weird screws on the backplate, probably to keep people from trying to replace the battery themselves. The backlight button on the front of the watch is a bit stiff. All in all a very useful digital watch.

I think it is a good versatile watch at a good price with the functions I look for in a watch.
This is my 3rd version of this watch. Years ago I used the 1st one for scuba diving, years later I bought my second one mostly just as a watch that kept good time and I could use the stop watch function to time events and things like sprinting on my bicycle. That finally died a few weeks ago and I searched for the same or similar watch. This one is basically the same, and is still water resistant to 100 meters. The indiglo feature which I used to use on night dives is a little different now as the numbers light where the old version lit the background. That probably save battery life. The only thing I don't like is a tiny compass on the strap, so I removed it. The numbers are quite readable, which was why I bought the 1st one to use scuba diving. It fits well on my wrist and looks good.

Nice watch.
It's a nice watch. The compass on it is in a strange place. It didn't really serve much purpose so I removed it. I like the look. The light works well and makes it easy to read in the dark. The band could be a little bigger but it still fits ok.
