If I Stay [DVD] [2014] [2015]

Loved the music and sentiment. Very sad

I have watched this film more times than I can count, ever since I first read the book when I was a teenager I fell in love with this story. I am a cellist and I really relate to Mia. This movie is definitely a tear-jerker but is worth it.Mia's character is very interesting, she is an inspiring solo cellist with her whole life ahead of her but in a split second everything changes and she's left wondering what truly matters in her life.

I bought this as I'm a fan of Chloe Grace Moretz & have to say it's not bad. For a love story & someone who reflects back on their life I expected the love story to come on a bit strong & maybe spoil the film but I felt it was handled just right. I'm not saying it's a film that's gonna please all but it's certainly worth watching.

I thought it was well written great camera work, very good casting and direction - and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I think it will become a classic as people who enjoyed it tell their friends.

I found it a little confusing as it jumped about from past to present. But it was a nice easy watch film.

Loved it. Was a little sad at the end but all in all, a decent movie or chick flick.

Such a beautiful film this movie is not to be missed

Little bit disappointed. Could have been very different movie but it became very boring. Also the non linear time line makes it difficult for following the story.

A deeply moving story (have a box of Kleenex handy) for the hopeless romantic and music fan of almost any age. Great cast, outstanding, well chosen location and great music (grunge, punk & classical - yes, I like and appreciate all genres); even a cover of "Today is the Greatest . . .", which is actually infinitely better than the original song by the original artist. This movie certainly struck a personal note with me (no pun intended). Worth watching again and again.
