Few seeds but germinating nicely...
14 and a half seeds in my packet. Some of the seeds looked much smaller than others. Planted on a windowsill ten days ago but so far no sign of germination.Happy to wait longer if I get a couple of viable plants to test their resilience..Will update my review..Update 1: Six tiny plants appeared the past two days.. Very happy to see them and hope for a couple more ..Update 2: Ten baby plants indoor, and two in the greenhouse. That is 12 out of fifteen.. Very pleased. .Will update again ..Update 3: Nearly end of the season October: Had lovely tasting tomatoes which you can never buy in shops.Sadly Blight has arrived in the greenhouse and the Crimson Crush is not 100% immune. It certainly is more resistant than other hybrids, as the opposite side had another brand, Legend, and these were severely damaged, almost totally obliterated by the blight. The damage is much less intense on the Crimson side.I will plant the Crimson Crush seeds again but as more resistant, not immune to blight.

Almost blight resistant
I've grown seven plants this year from a packet of this seed, five in the semi-open on my allotment and two in a mini-greenhouse. The worst effect so far from blight can be seen in the photo, with limited attack at the blossom end of the fruit. Based on other like this we've opened, I expect 95% of this tomato to still be edible. Most fruits have been affected much less or not at all. This is by far my best experience with tomatoes in recent years. The yield has been good, we've had enough at times to bottle, and the flavour is excellent. This was true in 2019 & 2020, however, in 2021, the plants fell victim to blight and much of the heavy crop was spoiled.

Will buy again
Bought seeds in January, sowed in February in cells in a windowsill propagator & kept moist. All seeds germinated (14) though one took 2 weeks longer than the rest.Have grown on indoors, in a poly-tunnel (door open 24/7) and fully outdoors. All plants are disease free. Heaviest croppers are in the poly-tunnel. Now have a glut (Mid August 2018). Am usually watching my plants die around now due to blight while the fruits are still unripe.Fruits are 1 1/2" to 3" in diameter, thin skin, lovely deep taste despite my feeding once a week or less. All who have tried have said how nice they are. Will stick with this variety in future. I was seriously considering getting rid of my poly-tunnel due to too many disappointments in previous years - it has now had a reprieve. Well done Suttons!!

Very mean amount of seeds.
BEWARE! Suttons have only supplied 10 seeds in this packet. I am aware that they are specially bred, but I would have thought for the price, they would have include at least 20 seeds.I have messaged Sutton seeds who are arranging a replacement as the 10 seeds in the pack were under the amount usually supplied.

Tomato’s with flavour
These are still growing, up all seeds have germinated easily. I’ve grown this variety before and they are one of the best I have eaten. Flavour is lovely, they are quite big and the skin isn’t tough as it is with many varieties these days.

Germination problems
None of the 10 seeds germinated. Complained to Sutton’s who sent another packet, same batch. These germinated fine in same soil and same pots as original. Other tomato varieties, including crimson blush, germinated when my original crimson crush didn’t.
