I have used a number of different foot rollers. This one is quite sturdy. Some people mentioned that it hurts to use. If that is true, then your feet really need it to loosen things up - just take it slow and do a little each day. Eventually you will be able to bear down and really work the muscles. Rollers like this one, regular foot massages, and increased barefoot walking has does more to help my feet problems than the thousands of dollars I spent in the past on podiatrists, inserts, and special shoes

I have the most common side effect from chemotherapy infusions of neuropathy in my feet and hands. This device certainly hasn't rid me of the discomfort I feel from it, but it does seem to stimulate the (deadened) nerves. The Massage Roller gives some temporary relief which I've not gotten from any other therapies. The Massage Roller is manufactured well, the wheels are strong, secure and slide easily. The rubber knobs are quite firm which I like as I've little to no feeling in my feet and hands. Some may find them too hard.For myself, I'm glad I purchased.

I definitely prefer my electric foot massage machine, but it’s also about $140 more than this handy device. It’s okay, nothing spectacular- but seems to be made a little better and stronger than some other ones I’ve seen. This foot roller is easy to carry, or pack, so you can travel with it and relieve your painful feet!

I don't care if it's made from other items, and slapped together, it's sturdy, and it works. it's a little harsh on my tender feet. but IT WORKS GREAT/

This product is exactly what I was looking for. I have been a lifelong runner and had foot problems start up 2-3 years ago. This has been the most impactful foot massager of its type that I have found on Amazon. Many popular ones do not really do much for me, as the bumps are too small or shallow to really feel like they are getting into the tightness I need released. This does the job. Even if you just put light pressure on the roller, and leave it in one spot for a while, you will start to feel the tightness loosen up. (Reminiscent of an old school reflexology board) Highly recommend!!!

Ok a little big

This feels really good, is well made, and should last many years. Hits all the pressure points in the foot. I keep mine next to the bed and roll my feet on it while I'm doing other things.

I have super sensitive feet. I bought this thinking it was the same as one I passed up at a store. The nubs on the store one were soft to the point I thought was perfect. The one I got was not near as soft so I put a sock on it to use it.

The product is suitable for use
