Q: What happens if the seeds are fully submerged with water? Will they still grow?

The instructions state that there is a very slim chance that the seeds will grow. They have to be mixed with substrate and then placed in the water or submerged in order to keep them underwater.

Q: Will these plants survive in low light or as low as 60-65 F?

I haven't had my temp below 75, so I dont know if they can live that low. What I do know is that the short grass failed to sprout, and the long grass died at about 45 days. Like, all of it. The ground cover has grown though into something like light green multileaved clumps about 1.5 inches tall, and is still alive. I would suggest looking for that seed by itself and giving it a shot though if you feel adventurous. Pro tip, spread the seeds out or they grow on top of one another and choke the smaller ones out. Hope this helps.

Yes, I used them both ways and also added to my already established tank. The tall grass and the leafy small grass will grow so much quicker than the dwarf grass

Q: How do you clean the tank with the grass is growing in it? Can you still use a vacuum suction cleaner?

You can, but it takes a low flow vacuum. I did get one, and it works, though you have to swish it around a little to agitate the debris under the plants. The two grass seeds were a bust and either never sprouted or died when submerged. The "carpet" seeds are still growing. No clue what they are but they're about 3 inches tall in some spots where I pulled some to thin them out. They've grown long single stalks with arrays of 5 slender radial leaves about every 3/4 of an inch or so, and have taken on a reddish hue. Pretty for what they are. They rooted well but if you vacuum around them you can't really pull up the gravel like normal without pulling them part of the way out.
