The product is excellent but it broke down just past a year. The team responded quickly and provided me with the replacement as the product was under extended warranty.

I purchased this product exactly one year ago, and it stopped working right after the one-year mark. When I contacted Customer Care, I still had three days of warranty left based on the delivery date, but they refused to honor it. They said the warranty starts from the order date, not the delivery date which makes absolutely no sense since we receive the product on the delivery date. Because of this, they declared that my product was "out of warranty." When I asked for help with repairs, the Customer Care team simply sent me a link to buy a new pump motor for ₹500 and even sent a DIY repair video, basically telling me to fix it myself. For a product that fails right after a year and a company that doesn’t stand by its warranty, I’m extremely disappointed. Poor product quality and even poorer customer service. Not recommended.

I had my doubts before buying this, especially since you can't retun this. After several months on debating whether this is good or not, I thought it's atleast cheaper that the Philips ones. The reviews added here are good and so please do go through them. For me personally, I found that this worked better on a pure cotton shirt for me, than a polyester-mix. I added pics of before and after. The blue checkered one is pure cotton, while the gray one is a mix. I also added pictures of the steamer filled to the max and then after ironing the blue cotton shirt. It worked wonderful on my wife's dresses that had a lot of frills and lace. Also on my T-shirts that have lot of prints on it. These are actually the perfect scenarios where you need to use a steamer and the Agaro Signify excels at that. But now that I've used it, I wanted to point out a few things the other reviews missed: 1. This is NOT a replacement for your regular Iron. When you want to iron pants/trousers especially the one with pleats - a regular iron is your best choice. 2. I would recommend getting a proper wide-shoulder HANGER. That would spread out the shirt/dress and make steaming easier. 3. I see that stretching the cloth from the botton and then ironing gives a better result. 4. Get better GLOVES than the ones that come with this, as I've already got a tiny but painful burn Burns from steam is lot more painful than what you would get by accidentally touching an Iron's hot-plate. 5. The handle does get uncomfortably hot after ironing 2 shirts - so you need to use gloves. 6. If you fill the tank to Max - you should have ENOUGH STEAM to iron atleast two XL long-sleeve-men's shirt. 7. I tried using it horizontal, but the steam that collects at the end of the output holes drip and wet the material. So I would recommend using it only VERTICAL. Is this better than others out there ? - I really can't say unless I test one. But it performs on par with the ones you see in the dress shops. (I actually tested at ShoppersStop and Pantaloons- the staff there were really helpful). Durability - I just got this last week, so can't say yet. I highly recommend this and 5-stars for the product !!
