The plug has a Philips head screw fitting but when I tried to open the plastic just crumbled to pieces. It either needs a metal female part or a sturdy plastic male adapter. Had to send back as faultyEdit - it's now been over a month since I returned and no refund or receipt of return - scammy, dodgy company AVOID!

I ordered x8 of the 22inch water punch bags.I was faced with multiple obstacles.The mold on the top of the bags where the D-shackle provided was too big on x5 of the bags. I had to get them filled down to allow the D-shackles to fit. The fact it was on x5 of the bags is mind blowing as how could they let these products be shipped to customers if it is such a common factory fault. Any normal retailer would have flagged this and checked these before shipping.One of the moulds on the bags was overreaching where the screw comes out preventing it from screwing out fully making the bag useless.Around 4x of the bags all have marks on them from being folded up flat in the box, alot of these cannot be removed even after using heat and with the bags being used for a number of weeks now.I needed to use high pressure Air compressor to inflate and get water in which would have been nice to know before ordering. This was the only way to get any shape in the bag, otherwise they were not round and dangerous to punch as surfaces not round and flat.I never received the hand/wrist straps as advertising to come with each bag. I still have not received themI have gotten no proper response from the supplier.I strongly recommended not purchasing this product from the supplier.
