One Year Mark
I waited one year before writing this review so I would feel comfortable rating it. If you are like me and are spending a lot of time researching inflatable SUPs or debating whether to even spend the money on one, maybe I can help. Before this purchase, I had never been on any SUP, I don't have much experience kayaking or canoeing. I was just looking for a new outdoor activity that was physical and relaxing. I spent 6 months reading articles and doing research. I was still worried I would spend all this money on a hobby then tire of it after a month or be unable to even stand up. I decided on this one because, honestly, the price was right and it looked cooler than some of the other body types. I live in Nebraska so all of my experience so far are on lakes and streams. I have over 50 hours on 35 separate outings. I've been paddle boarding during every month except Dec, Jan, and Feb (and that's in NE). I have yet to fall into the water, I have fallen onto the board a couple of times. I'm male, late forties, 200lbs. Concerns about inflatable. Don't be, this is completely rigid. When fully inflated, this will hold me and my young daughter (40lbs) with no flex in the board. It takes waves easily and skims along the water. It's thick and I have rubbed and hit sharp sticks and logs without a puncture or scratch to the board. There has been no peeling or fading. Any concerns I had about inflatable v hard are gone. I wanted the inflatable for storage and transporting issues. Both of which are easy. Concerns about inflating. The pump has worked great, no issues. I considered an electric pump but it takes me about 10 minutes to pump this up and I find the exercise a good warm up. It is not difficult but may be tiring if you are out of shape or not used to it. By the end of the season, it was no big deal and I kind of enjoy it. Deflating is simple and quick. You will quickly develop a routine and enjoy it. Concern about board size. This was a big one for me. A lot of advice and much of it conflicting. I wanted more of a touring type. The 11ft is just right although I'd even consider a 12ft. 30 in wide is highly recommended as a min. This is very stable, no flex when properly inflated, fast when you want to go fast. I did not stand up on my first time out, the water was 40 degrees so I was really worried about falling in, but on my second trip a couple of days later, I was up and paddling. For an old guy like me, it took about 3 trips to get comfortable, my kids it took about 15 minutes. Now I hop up and down at will, maneuver it through sunken trees and easily turn it around in the wind. I've seen this board described as a beginner, all around board. I don't think I agree. You are only a beginner once and since I didn't have much difficulty learning this, I won't argue but can't say there aren't easier boards. As far as all around, in my opinion, this is the equivalent of a grand touring auto. It is great gliding long distances effortlessly, it is fairly stable, has room to store gear or even fish from, tracks straight. Not the easiest to quickly maneuver and while fast not a racer. Would love to try surfing on it but hey, Nebraska. The paddle floats. It is a cheap plastic and aluminum paddle but it works great. For this year I bought a 12K Carbon Fiber wood veneer paddle with an angled blade, (I wanted to look cooler). I like the new paddle but the old paddle was just fine and I go back to it on occasion. It did break after about 6 trips. On mine there was a inner tube that fit and connected the two upper tubes together and it held the clip. The inner tube came loose. I got some marine glue and glued it back in place and have not had a problem since. PEXMOR. I didn't know anything about PEXMOR and still really can't find much about them. I was afraid I was ordering from a one and done company/product. Comparing it side by side with ISLE, TOWER or others, I really can not tell a difference. I may not be experienced enough yet but this has been a great board I will consider them first when buying a second one. The kit is pretty standard, no complaints. Almost everything you need to get started. Be sure to check out the regs, I advise buying a waterproof whistle, flashlight and a PFD (maybe a cool looking dive knife). Then you are safer and legal. If this wasn't so long, I'd love to talk about accessories and even clothing. I did purchase a "grass" fin from NRS. It fits perfect and is designed for shallow water and moving through water vegetation without getting fouled. Transporting Concerns. Storage and transporting are the best feature. It doesn't roll up, more like folds and you want to slightly alter where you fold it as the corners that form could cause wear. I don't use to hike to and from, the bag with all of my gear goes in the car and the folded board goes in separately. It would all fit in the bag but this is just easier for me plus this is how I store it between trips. Overall, I recommend this board and would not shy away from any "off brand" boards as long as they are constructed the same. Good value, A LOT of fun, not much skill to get started but lots of skill left to learn. Hope this helps answer some of the questions I had when looking for a board. My wife says I always return from the lake with a smile.

No issues with value or pump like other reviews mention. Works great!
It does take quite a while for the PSI to register on the pump. The board will look inflated before the psi will start to read high enough... keep pumping. The board is much more stable when inflated properly.

The board is good, the pieces that go with (including the valve) it are not.
I got this board for its weight capacity, and it has done FANTASTIC with that. I've had myself (large adult) 70 lb dog and 2 kids on it at the same time without any issue. I've used it 1-2 time per week throughout the summers for the last 2.5 years (even on rainy weeks). The is the main reason it is getting more than one star.Notes of CAUTION:-Valve in the board: This is my biggest complaint. There is a good customer video of exactly what happened to mine within 3 months of purchase. It leaks between the red vinal of the board and the gray plastic of the valve. I tried tightening it, taking it out and putting it back in, nothing worked. In the end, we did a home fix of taking the valve out, cutting a custom flexible washer and putting it back together. I don't recommend this unless you have prior knowledge of fixing vinal and have a safe way of testing it.Thankfully this worked great, it is no longer an issue, and I've been able to keep using it.-Bad pump - you've heard it from the other reviews. I agree. I've needed to tape the hose several times. The pressure gauge on mine has worked fine. It takes me 10 minutes of solid pumping (no rests) to fully inflate. My niece was learning about counting and counted 350 pumps, after it gets to 1psi, to inflate to 15 psi. Also, when disconnecting the hose from the valve it pushes the valve into the open position at least 50% of the time. This means it looses 3-5pso between disconnecting the hose and when I get the valve closed again. This is frustrating! After its many uses the pump has completely now completely failed. The plastic end that connects with the valve broke today. Thankfully someone at the park loaned me their pump.-Cheep bag - The board has not been back in the bag from the time I purchased it. I use it to store everything that goes with the board. So it is either hanging in my garage with less than 7lbs of stuff, or sitting in my trunk. Even so, the zipper broke in the first weeks and the fabric is about to disintegrate at the bottom this year. I'm waiting for the day it gives up all together and spills everything on the floor even under its very light use.

A great deal
I ordered a paddle board and it unfortunately had a slow leak. I informed the company and they responded within a day, and sent me a new one very quickly! This one had no issues and I love it, very easy to blow up and deflate and comes with a great backpack. Super stable, paddle is adjustable, and also looks nice.I am very happy with it and appreciate the super quick response time!

Customer service fast response.7/3/22Contacted the seller for a replacement. I will update my experience when i get a response. Didn't know that is not an Amazon stuff. Next time i will check this. Non-returnable item too. Hoping for the best on my replacement. The pump was defective too. The gauge is not working. How you could when to stop or have enough pressure. My other SUP was great. The brand is GOOGO. Everything is working on my GOOGO SUP and its from Amazon. SO just incase of any issue its easy to work with them.
