Doesn’t fit/company has poor customer service

This won’t fit my Snow toothbrush. How do I know which replacement head to buy. I don’t know if I have a gen 1 or 2. I sent am email to the company months ago to ask them how to tell if it’s gen 1 or 2, so that I could order a replacement head from their actual website. I never even got a reply!! Very poor customer service. So I figured I would just order this one from Amazon and cross my fingers. Nope. It doesn’t fit. Argh. How annoying. Hey Snow, help a girl out.Update: Snow got back to me. They said “that gen 1 replacement heads do not have the snowflake with the logo and gen 2 has the snowflake with the logo.” So the replacement heads being sold here on Amazon are the gen 1 replacement heads. Hope that helps others. Thank you Snow. First pic is gen 1, 2nd pic is gen 2

These last a lot longer than comparable heads, while also being less expensive. I love my Snow Toothbrush. I travel a lot & it's super super easy to take everywhere & store 2 heads in the case as well, which charges the toothbrush inside the case.
