This one works a little different from the fountains I usually use as it is 1 larger amount of water flowing instead of 4 smaller streams but it also makes the water in the top of the reservoir move, besides the larger stream. My cats took right to it although they've been used to the other type. It's extremely quiet and since it holds more water, it doesn't have to be topped off as often. The only down side is the box doesn't show the particular model number so I'm not sure which filters to buy after the one that came with it needs replaced. I'm sure I'll figure it out so I stand by my 5 star review. My cats are pretty picky about changes but if mine "accepted" this, I'm sure others probably will, too.Edit to add: silly me, I discovered the model number on the box, I had somehow overlooked it before, and was able to order the right filters for it.

Works well. Red light comes on when the water is very low, but before that you will here the water dripping from the filter and splashing in the reservoir. Great price.

I bought 2 of these fountains and love them !! They're not as whisper quiet like my other 2, but not loud at all. Doesn't seem to matter to my 5 cat's !! They love them.Very easy to clean and I love the led light. Also they're kinda of see through, not just a small section so it's super easy to see how much they're drinking and I know when it's starting to get low.I don't know how long they will last, but they seem well made.

Updated review:Even though I was past my return window the company reached out & offered to replace/ refund my defective product. I've decided to update my review as this company stands behind their products & goes above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. ++++This foundation leaks EVERYWHERE, I bought for my 5 cats to have constant water but unfortunately they werent able to drink as it leaked & was always empty. At first I thought they were playing & spilling it but after refilling & watching all day it leaked all contents out & my cats never went near it. Wish I could give zero stars & of course it's past the return date. DO NOT BUY!!

I love this fountain...my cats love this fountain...they are super quiet and easy to set up and clean. I will definitely purchase again.

This pet water fountain is a life saver! Nice capacity. Indicates when water needs to be added. Not loud. The light is bright so it has to be put in an area where that will not be intrusive. Have not cleaned yet so I cannot report on ease of cleaning. I love that the water level markers are on the front and visible.

I was skeptical about ordering this fountain because the price was so low. But the fountain my eight cats were using was always over flowing and I could never see the water level. I put the new one together so easily and the cats love it. Runs quietly and I can see when to add water. Very pleased and when their new area is finished we will be adding another of these fountains. My cats recommend!

pros: quiet, functions well, easy to clean, and holds a lot of water. I like the visible water level.cons: my cats would sometimes avoid drinking from it despite being accustomed to a fountain already … not sure why, but they would try to drink from the toilet/sink/bathtub instead.I have had this fountain only 6 months and it just started leaking all over the floor so i can’t use it anymore.

This is not the filter in the photos or pictured on the front. It is way too small to use for the W300.
