Bought this to replace a previous one I’d used for clients for years. It is good but if you follow the instructions the wax is too hot to place a hand in. I experimented as I need to know melt time for clients. So far I’ve found turning it on at 57 degrees is better. It takes longer to melt but as soon as it’s done so reduce a couple of degrees and it’s a much more comfortable temperature.It’s nice and compact. Will update after more useage.

I bought this to help with arthritis pain in my hands and feet and it has really helped with the pain. Its easy to use, and the gloves and boots were really good. I am very happy with this purchase.

Nothing wrong with the actual item, it works but the wax is actually too hot to place your hand in..... if you lower the temp then it sets!!

Lid didn't fit properly but works well never the less
