Great product, Great price - Does exactly what i need it to do
I bought this product to charge my ever growing number of devices. Its very compact and seems well built. The cables that come with the product are the perfect size to keep everything neat and also seem really good quality as well. One thing i would have liked to see as an option when buying this product is choosing the wires that comes with it. It comes with 4 micro USB cables and 4 Apple cables, but personally i needed all micro USB cables.I bought these micro USB cables as an add-on to this product and they were the same size as the ones that came with it, for anyone who has the same needs (see link below). There are a few different options on amazon though should you want more or less cables.https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00WMCIKUG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Overall i am very happy with this product and would highly recommend it.

Perfect for a family
I bought this charging station as a way to keep all my family's devices together without having wires trailing everywhere and having to use an extension lead. The station has little slats that slot in so you can stand your tablets/phones in and has four short android charging cables and four short iPhone/iPad cables. All our devices are android so it was easy to buy extra android cables from amazon. The station keeps all our devices tidy and it looks loads better than before and saves slot of space. Not had any problems and we've been using it for a while now.

Great for charging a load of devices, but with a couple of little flaws
I bought 2 of these as I have a lot of devices to charge (as I'm an Android developer), and while it's great to be able to have 8 devices plugged in, there are 2 problems that I've found with these:1) When turned on they make a very slight "whine" and a quiet "hiss", it's very high pitched, but it's definitely there (on both of them)2) It would be nice to have a choice of the cables - not everyone splits their devices 50% micro USB to 50% LightningI now have a bunch of very short Lightning cables that are relatively useless as we've got 5 iPhones & 18 Android devices! If the manufacturer would give the option of splitting the cables between micro USB, Lightning & USB Type C, then this would help those of us who have a LOT of devices to charge. Even if it's something like (a few ideas to add):All micro USB6 micro USB & 2 Lightning or USB Type C4 micro USB, 2 Lightning & 2 USB Type CAll Lightning (for iOS developers)I'm giving this a 4 star as the cables are just frustrating that I'm wasting space with non-used ones and having to buy extra micro USB & Type C (or adapters) to cover other devices, plus the noise that it makes means that I can realistically only charge the devices over night.EDIT: Update after having this for several weeks some things have come to light...There are two 2.4A outputs and six 1A outputs, the stupid thing is that the 2.4A ports are on the side where the shorter mounts are, meaning that you have to "cross" the cables as most devices that need the higher power tend to be larger - ideally the higher output sockets should be on the end that has all longer mountings. The whine is still audible even when they are turned off, so the power supplies (in both) make a constant noise, even when the device is turned off, meaning that they have to be unplugged when not in use, which is ANNOYING!A little padding on the bottom & on the separators would be of great help - while the devices rest they quite often naturally fall to one side or another, meaning that it's sitting with the plastic against the screen, and removing the devices "scratches" it very slightly (not enough to mark the screens yet, but it's audible). The very left slot is directly behind the power button, so if you have a device connected then the cable sits in the way of the power button.

Went faulty after less than 24 hours
Didnt even make 24hours before going faulty.Started off fine had five devices connected, my daughters two phones connected to the two 2.4 amp ports and two kindle fires and an ipad to the others so five out of eight ports in use. After a while all devices were flashing like crazy and i noticed they were cycling between charging and not charging. Left it off for a while then switched it back on same again.Good price and product good solid build apart from the dividers which are quite flimsy and feel like they could be easily broken. Shame it couldnt prove to be reliable after a promising start but fail in such a short period of time.

Great buy
This has got rid of all my trailing charging cables. We plug everything in, phones, ipad, Kindles, Sat Nav, and battery packs when needed. The on/off switch is also a great idea, rather than having to unplug, or switch off at mains plug, which means I have been able to plug it in to a socket which is not easily accessible. Although they advise using your own leads, I use the supplied leads (free with unit) and have had no problems with any of them, and being short there are no trailing or tangled leads. leads. I have waited to write this review, as in the past I have written too quickly, and items have proved to be not as good or reliable as I have first thought.Certainly one of the most useful items that I have bought.

Charges OK, rubbish cables, strange activity whilst charging
Charging station good but supplied cables are rubbish - only half worked from the start and the rest broke within a couple of weeks.Otherwise (so far) it does what it says on the box.Strangely, attached equipment occasionally wakes up during charging and appears to be flicking from app to app. I’m resisting the urge to believe that this is some kind of data harvesting by the manufacturers or some foreign government, but who knows? Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

Recommended
My children have all got different pods and devices and previously they would sit them on top of each other and the screens would get cracked, or they would slide off and get bumped and broken, and there was always the fear that so many electrical devices would overheat each other and cause a fire. Since we have got the charging station all of those issues are gone. It works beautifully, everything has its own place and have had no problems whatsoever. The little divider bars are fiddly and can come out now and then but pop back in easily so just being picky with that. All in all I would recommend and am considering getting a second station for upstairs.
