Cool and simple toy. Quality is good

This is an amazing product. The build was straight forward and my daughters love it and flying. Even the cat see the discs fly high :)

Perfect toy, no battery needed, flies high, completely safe for children and those around. And educational!All enjoyed flying it! Thank you for such a good toy.

We tried it every which way but loose...actually, we tried it loose too, but that didn't work either.The fact is there are two crucial parts which are several milimetres too short to fit in their objective spaces, meaning that if you force them in, the whole mechanics of the cogs is skewed and therefore won't work, certainly not in the intended way, and as far as we could tell, not in a cack-handed way either.We've got other Hexbug sets that are fine, so cannot fathom how they could have failed to ensure the two specific pieces actually fit together for an essential part of this particular kit. 6 year old gave up after an hour of trying, and then I tried and got thoroughly peeved because the idea that the 6 year old was just too young to do it was quickly dispelled by the fact that the adults couldn't either, and visually, never mind taking a ruler out to measure, showed the pieces were just too short to fit where they were intended to fit.An utter waste of money if the expectation was for this to work the way it is supposed to.Fortunately the pieces can be used for what my grandchild calls 'freestyling', which he is insanely good at, so he'll still get some fun out of it. Unfortunately we also have a bigger set still sitting under the Christmas tree, so having to consider whether to just send that one back just in case it is as badly made as this one.

Oh my goodness! My twelve year old loathes construction toys because he never plays with them once he has built them - he is much more scientific in his play than creative and imaginary. Ontop of this his fine motor dexterity isn't great so he finds Lego, Knex, Meccano etc very frustrating. THIS IS AMAZING!!!! He built it with relative ease (but enough of a challenge to keep his interest) and then he played and played and experimented with it. It works like a dream - it sends the flyers from the bottom of our stairs all the way to the upstairs ceiling with ease (we are yet to try it outside but I imagine it will go much further) Cannot rate this product highly enough!

Brilliant to put it together as a family. Good fun using it afterwards. Make sure not to lean over as you pull the zip!

My 5 year old built this without any trouble. He loves it!

Bought this for an 8 year old, and would have been too difficult to build on her own. Didn't mind as I wanted to build it together. The instructions make sense, and we got a few pieces wrong, but managed to remove and correct them.After building it was fantastic watching the spinners fly up in the air, can be used in doors as the spinner goes straight up and runs along the ceiling. Outside we managed to get them up to about 30 feet, much taller than the house ! All in all great fun, and has a few weeks more fun left in it.

Purchased for my 8-year-old's birthday and he had a lot of fun putting this together and playing with it. He needed just a little help to get some of the pieces together.

My 6 year old loved it. Definitely needed help to make it though.

7歳のプラモデル付きの男子が、一人で黙々と組み立てていました。図が大きくて見やすいようで、英語はわからなくとも想像しながら作業してました。１時間くらいで完成しましたが、部品が少々余ってます。しかし、飛ばすことは問題なく、結構な高さを飛ばすことができました。屋内だと天井に当たるため、屋外で飛ばしたら気持ちいいと思います。あとで説明書を見て、大人のほうが根負けしそうな内容とページ数に驚きました。普段は落ち着きない子ですが、よほど夢中になったようです。他のシリーズもやってみたいです。

The kids have really enjoyed this toy. My 8 and 10 year olds were both able to build them on their own without too much help. Maybe took them 40 minutes or so to build. They seem to keep together fine, sturdy once built, and there are a few extra pieces if some break. I recommend using them in wide open spaces as they go really high and the wind can pick them up and take them. We have lost the helicopter part on the roof twice and in trees.
