Purchased for our wedding was a big hit. They don't fall apart yet good for the earth. 100% recommend! Was a simple elegant look with the rest of my decor.

I really like these plates. No plastic or wax. Very natural. Tough but oils and sauces can leak through. You can double the plates for a messy meal if you don't mind the cost. I think the price is good for the quality. Barbeques and gravy meals get the paper plate setting on my corelle. Easy to wash as this paper plate stains through but doesn't sog or tear - unless you empty the gravy boat on it maybe. Also I have found it very firm and stable.

I purchased these for my wedding last year since we were having it at a venue that requested recyclable/compostable dinnerware. The plates are a very thick and sturdy paper with a slight hint of beige which actually complimented my color scheme perfectly. Despite being paper they don't feel cheap like typical paper plates and they are completely compost friendly! 10/10 will order again for future events.
