Maybe I’ll change my mind, but for now this is doing an excellent job keeping water and coffee very hot. I washed it out put hot water in it soon after I received it. Later last night around 7 the water was still hot. That was approximately 6 hours.I refilled it with coffee around 6am. It is 5:00 pm and I am finishing the last of the coffee. The coffee tastes good and it is still hot. It’s attractive and I am going to use it a lot this Summer for cold tea. If the seal or something goes bad I’ll change this review but I am for now very very pleased with this carafe.

This carafe is pretty but it fails at the function it is created for. The one I received does not keep my coffee hot for even a few hours.

At first this worked great. Kept coffee steaming hot. Used it once then stored it away for a couple months. Recently started using it during the weekdays. Lasted a week and 1/2 with daily use. Now it doesn't seal nor does it keep anything hot. Seal isn't cracked or off or anything that I can see.

It's ok, the coffee just gets colder and more stale tasting a lot faster then the old days when we used these.

I bought this to keep our coffee hot while sitting outside enjoying our morning coffee. It does the job, nice size, nice color. Easy to clean, easy to store. Looks great sitting on a table Would buy this again.

I was disappointed that with a ceramic inside and stain less outside it would be as good a thermal carafe, not.

Looks nice and initially it was holding the temperature really well for 12+ hours. After 3 months it completely stopped holding the temperature. Liquids go from boiling hot to room temperature in as little as 5 hours. Too bad because it worked great while it lasted.

The carafe holds a full 12 cups of fresh coffee maker coffee and keeps it hot for hours. Even the next day, the flavor of the coffee is good and just needs to be heated in the microwave. The carafe is also very nice looking. It is more reasonably priced than most other options reviewed.

Beautiful container - love the colour and style. Ceramic liner holds hot beverages hot for at least 24 hours.

Sehr gute Kanne hält sehr viele Stunden extrem heiß das Getränk.Würde ich wieder kaufen und kann es auch nur weiterempfehlen.

I have been using carafes all my life ( with glass liner ) and never had any issues with them. Once moved to UK I noticed that most of what is sold is made of steel which changes the taste of the tea and the smell sticks and require intense cleaning to get rid of.This ceramic carafe is a combination of the rigidity of steel and the odorlessness of the glass liner.Heat retention is excellent ( filled 2 thirds of the carafe and left it overnight. The tea was quite warm the next day with no change in the taste.Highly recommended.

My old Melita vacuum glass carafe finally gave up the ghost. I decide to pick this brand up because it was on sale. Didn't realize how large it is, more than I need for a single person, great for family use. I wasn't sure about the ceramic liner, but it's as good as the glass, tougher and certainly better than stainless steel since there's no aftertaste.I do find that the coffee comes out in more of a dribble than flow like my old carafe since the spout is so small and the dust cover does get in the way. Minor point though.I find the secret to keeping your beverages hot for a long time in these carafes is to pre-heat them and the cups with boiling water. Does the trick
