During recent cold spell I felt the need to get a pair of pure wool long johns to keep me warm while caring for animals outdoors. A good quality one is usually expensive but I still hope to find a decent one that’s more reasonably priced. This is it! I am so please with my purchase. I’m 5’7” standard UK size 12 and this long johns fits perfectly. For ladies who wear size 14, or taller, or shorter, should still find it very comfortable. I put it in a laundry bag, non bio detergent, normal washing cycle. Re-shape while damp and dry on airer indoor. It’s made in China but the fabric quality and made is very good. It’s very fine pure Merino wool so won’t get bulky layering. Worth noting that it’s mid/low rise so if you’re use to high waist trousers might need a bit getting use to wearing it.
