Fine Handcrafted Solid Wood Magic Wand for Witches and Wizards, The Devout Heart Brown

Another item that I bought for cosplay that was so worth it! The wand is absolutely beautiful (I bought The Devout Heart) and it's very sturdy. I haven't had any issues with it breaking or cracking, and I've tossed this thing, whacked it against my metal filming equipment, dropped it down the stairs, etc, and it still looks as if I just pulled it out of the packaging. It comes with a cute little wand pouch, which I do store the wand in, and overall, it's just a very beautiful item. It would make a great gift for a Harry Potter fan or cosplayer, if anyone was wondering. I will definitely be buying more in different styles in the future!

I love the texture and it reminds me a lot of Harry Potter. I like the carvings and the tip. It fits very well with my hand and the heart carving helps me hold it very well. It smell good. I also like the texture of the velvet pouch. I highly recommend it for someone that loves Harry Potter and wands. Kalim (11 years old).

The Devout Heart is a lively and aesthetically pleasing tool for the Ernest Practitioner. Made of renewable exotic woods color is rich while allowing the witch or wizard to be ecologically responsible. The edges and carved vines are smooth and detailed. Moderately flexible, it is responsive to gesture without excessive flourish. However, a caveat: because this is for use primarily among Muggles, the inherent magic may only be called forth after extensive study and practice.

I liked just about everything about the wand except that it would have been nice if the wand came in a box as well as in a velvet bag inside an Amazon envelope shipped to my home. It is true that it's worth the money I paid for it; it's sturdy; it's giftable and that it came in a timely fashion. It just would have been nice if it came in a box as sort of added protection not only during shipping but also as a way to protect the wand from damage at home since you are only given a velvet bag to keep and store it in. I say this because where I live packages may get accidently damaged or something by either the people in the apartment building or the former Postal Carrier.

I ordered the devout heart partly for the namesake and partly due to the fact I felt this wand fitted me the best out of all the others. It feels like a perfect fit in my hands. I had fun swishing it around and trying out a few spells as you do when you've gotten your wand for the very first time. While the wand doesn't look like the picture in the description I still believe it to be worth my money. Yes, the hearts aren't perfect in shape but it felt far more special that way. I believe there is beauty in the imperfection of it all as it's more human, and it made me smile thinking of Ollivander carving the wood of this wand and being purely excited to send it out to meet its owner.So, in short this wand was lovely and if I ever wanted a second one I would know just where I would get it from!

I bought 3 of these for my children for Christmas gifts. I loved them, and they loved them too. The quality was great. I had looked at some other brands, but went with these as they were wood and less likely to break in play. The craftsmanship is impressive. My husband, who is not a Harry Potter fan was a fan of these!! I thought they were worth the price! Thanks.

This was a gift with a hidden meaning and did not disappoint! It was beautifully carved and I would absolutely buy again. Highly recommended!
