Easy to assemble!
I have 2 cats and needed something industrial strength to clean up after them that did not cost a small fortune . This was perfect! Easy to handle, noisy enough so they were not underfoot and great suction power.

Good quality, can handle the biggest jobs
I already own a Stanley 6-gallon, 4-HP wet/dry vacuum. It has worked great for me. But I needed something with a much larger capacity that was also more powerful. Based on my previous positive experience with Amazon Basics products, I decided to give this new model a try. It has twice the capacity of my Stanley (12 gallons vs 6) and 25% more suction (5 HP vs 4). After using this vacuum for a few days, I have to say that it really sucks! I mean that as a compliment. It is even more powerful than I expected. I am sure that it will be able to handle any job that I need it for. The only question will be if it holds up as well over time as my Stanley has. But so far I am quite impressed. It's also an incredible value at just under $100. Highly recommended.

Terrible suction
I got this as a cheaper option than shop vac. I use it on my unfinished 1800’s hardwood floors and it doesn’t pick up much at all.

Necessity for wet basements!
I picked up this wet-dry shop vac as a replacement to one my dad gave us (that old beast had to have been older than myself, lol)... and I am so happy that I did! Holy cow has the technology changed, even in shop vacs! This Amazon model is far easier to use. It's lighter and glides around our basement with barely any effort. The extension cord is plenty long and the accessories that are included are sturdy. And it holds a ton of water!!! I can dump the canister by myself now too, which is really helpful. There isn't one bad thing I could think to write about this machine. No regrets here!

Powerful!
I wanted to update my little handheld vacuum for my car. I have 2 boys and 4 dogs, so the car NEEDS to be cleaned constantly and not only debris, but liquid too.This vacuum is obviously bigger than my old one, but a perfect size to easy storage.It works wonderful to clean my car, even with spilled juice!It has a powerful suction.The hoses are a bit delicate or flimsy, but i treat her softly, so no problem at least for now.It was time to do the change of vacuum, it works great, and my car is happy.
