This has been a blessing! I went from barely being able to bend and stand, to pain free almost instantly. HIGHLY recommend this product! Only downside is the thickness and the height it adds to my office chair.

I was afraid this cushion wouldn’t provide enough support, and I would sink right through it, but it is very firm, yet very comfortable. My 135-pound wife sat on it and the cushion barely gave in at all, so probably better for someone heavier.

Hard stiff not comfortable

This is a very comfortable seat to put your seat on. The memory foam has just enough give to make it possible to sit for quite a while on this cushion. The best part of the cushion is the cut-out that relieves pressure on your tailbone. That can be a real problem for me when I sit in a normal chair. It is a very good seat for your lower back. The only drawback is that, while it improves my posture and relieves my coccyx, it does cause me pain a bit higher up on my back. This may not be true for everyone, but better posture shifts some of the pressure to a different part of my back – a part that’s not used to being in the right position, I think. So, while this is a very good cushion for some issues, it may cause others. Or you may find that you don’t have a back as weird as mine. Also, I must warn that it would not be great for someone with hemorrhoids, as there is no accommodation for that area. I do recommend it – it is useful for lower back and tail bone. Just be aware of the possible downside.

This cushion is useful, due to the cut out areas in the front and back, for lower back strain and pain when seated. I found it comfortable when sitting for extended periods as compared with other cushions. Being portable It can be taken from chair to chair or to the car if needed.
