I'm happy with this product. However, I learned that royal jelly can lower your blood pressure. I bought it for its anti-aging benefits and knew nothing about its effect on BP. I was taking it along with all my other supplements and I noticed I felt especially tired about 20 minutes after taking them. In fact, the feeling was so extreme I needed to lie down. I was taking turmeric at the same time. Both royal jelly and turmeric can lower blood pressure. After learning this, I tried taking the royal jelly on its own first thing in the morning. About an hour later I take my other supplements, but not turmeric. I take turmeric just before bed along with magnesium and the combination helps me sleep. This brand of royal jelly is excellent, but if you find it doesn't give you an energy boost and instead makes you tired, think about what else you're taking. It could be that the combination of supplements is the problem.

After reading the reviews, I was looking for the benefits of weight loss, boosting energy, curving sweats and increasing mental focus associated with menopausal symptoms. I've been taking it every morning on an empty stomach for 30 days but I don't see a change. I'm dozing off now as I am sitting here writing this review (Aye-yai, yai!). Maybe it takes longer than 30 days to take effect??

Took this while doing IVF. I'm 35, I had a good number of embryos that made it to day 5. I think this helped with my egg quality. Started taking it two months before egg retrieval.

This thing works great. Only took it for 2 weeks and after that I got a possitive pregnancy test.

Provides an energy boost for me that otherwise is pretty much absent. So interesting that the worker bees feed the royal jelly to the queen bee. If it’s good enough to energize her, than it’s good enough for me :)

I was very disappointed that these are freeze dried and not softgel capsules and are a little large & harder for me to swallow.

I ordered this product because from my research, Royal Jelly is supposed to boost BH4 levels which some of us are lacking due to various genetic mutations. Not only have I not seen any boost of energy, I actually feel worse taking this product. Since Amazon doesn't allow returns on this product, I guess I'll just give it to someone else who might not be as sensitive to it's ingredients. Bummed.

Bought this for egg quality after failed ivf ttc naturally after reading the reviews i bought royal jelly . Well for me it was extremely potent and i ovulated CD10 instead day 14 like a clock so my cycle was busted . Lots of heart ache crying loosing 1 more month ttc in your 40ies . It surely did overstimulated me more than clomid , I was bloated and couldn't walk for 2 days during ovulation. Be aware there is no return policy so if you will have allergic reaction or like me it will destroy your cycle you cant return it . Regret buying it

更年期で入眠障害、睡眠障害、途中覚醒等ありました。D@Cの同様のサプリは1ヶ月飲んでも効果ありませんでしたが、本品に変えた所、1週間経たない内に効果が現れました。50代後半ですが、夜間数回トイレに起きていたのも今は１回だけです。もう無しでは過ごせません。
