After your order has been shipped you can return any item undamaged/unsoiled item with all original accessories and packaging for a full refund less shipping & handling within 30 days of the Invoice date. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if item is received without all the original accessories and packaging.

If this drill machine doesnt work can you get a refund back right away?

The company will attempt to send you a replacement drill after you return the current/defective drill. I had no luck in receiving a refund. The warranty process can be a problem if you use your drill for daily work. The warranty ask that you return the defective drill and wait until it is repaired and sent back to you.
