Prices is always a good brand, candles work for a long time and do the job well.

I was a little disappointed. These candles are not the same as the standard household candles we all kept in case of power cuts. They are thinner and so consequently when they dropped through my letter box, two of them broke. The candles are tapered too. They burnt quite quickly and produced a great deal of melted wax. It’s very soft wax, I left the melted wax for a few days but it’s never really hardened. Not sure if I’ll buy again, I will keep the three remaining candles and just hope that any power cuts don’t last long. I will try to find the old fashioned ones in a hardware shop somewhere.

Great value and product

Great price. Didn’t fit my standard candle holders ( the candles are slightly narrow ) but I fixed that with a bit of cotton wool. They last a long time, but they spit! As I use candles mainly for meditation, the loud hiss and spit every twenty minutes or so made me jump out of my skin every time! :-D For dinner parties or something, they’re really good, or just for emergencies they’re perfect.

Candles were slightly yellow and not plain white.
