I have bought this sort of case for older iPads so I expected no problems, however this was awful, my original had three positions but this one has only two and the one that most people would use is USELESS. When I tried it on a flat surface (which is best they could hope for) it just falls. I do not know if the groove is not deep enough or whether is just can't handle the 497g of an iPad but it just falls. I do not know why manufacturer do not use Velcrose. Also the product is very cheap and tacky, I doubt it would last a month in normal use it is so flimsy. So learn from my mistake, do not waste your money on this tripe, save yourself the hassle of returning it to Amazon and waiting forever for a refund.

UPDATE - Having had the thing for a short time, and having become wholly fed up with it collapsing, I've downgraded it to a one star ... and bought a different one. My advice: if you're wanting it to stand while you type (or even play games), don't buy this case.The issues I have with this are:1. The screen protector didn't fit - it seemed the camera and home holes were to the side somewhat, i.e., when the holes were lined up the screen protector was over the left lip and would have just pulled away. It's in the bin, but the cloth is handy.2. The case only just fits in that if it had been the slightest touch bigger it wouldn't hold the iPad securely at all. Having said that, I have access to all the buttons and features I need.3. One of the notches in which the iPad rests isn't quite deep enough, resulting in the whole thing collapsing. I need to use the notch nearest the spine which makes it a little too vertical for me. The case is designed in a way that more of these notches could have been included to give more choice. UPDATE - neither of the notches are deep enough.The good points are that it's a simple design, the iPad can rotate and rest in both portrait and landscape, it has a stretch band to keep the case securely shut (a bonus in my case - pardon the pun), and it feels quite thick and solid.

Yes it’s cheap, but it’s pretty poor quality - has a very cheap plasticy-fake-leather feel to it and the fit is terrible. The corner near the volume controls doesn’t grip at all so your iPad, with just a little shake, falls out.It’s one redeeming feature that it comes with a cleaning cloth. It’s tiny though.

Can’t understand why people say this case is rubbish. At less than £7, what can you expect? Well made case. Exactly the same as the red one I bought the wife for her Galaxy Tab A only £4 cheaper. Useful that it rotates through 360 degrees, so can be used in either position. Quite stable in landscape, be not so in the portrait position. Fits the iPad like a glove.A few weeks on and I am now not so impressed with the case. The iPad will not stand up either in portrait or landscape as it did when new. Apart from that, it is wearing well and does protect the iPad. For the price, can’t really complain.

I really wanted to give this a five star review. When it arrived I was so happy with it-- GREAT colour, and it could be used in landscape or portrait mode. It was also a really good price. Sadly, within a very short time, it had collapsed, and that is what happens now. I stand it up and within seconds it collapses. If I hold it then it stays in place, but that would be like just having a flat case. So, good-looking case but I need a stand!

I have owned this product for a year and a half now and it has had regular use on my iPad.I love the way you can use it as a stand in multiple positions, I tried a case with a trifold front cover and that was nowhere near as sturdy as this is.The iPad clicks into the back piece & the front cover is really study which I feel protects the screen really well, the only funny thing about it is the two grooves leave smudgy lines down the screen where the rest of the cover cleans the screen.It has finally started to fall apart but only with the edges peeling away. (See photo)I’m quite clumsy so do drop my device, this probably isn’t designed for protection but it has always worked to save from damage.For this price it is an amazing product and I will be buying a replacement one!

This case was purchased by me as my original iPad case was becoming unsafe and worn. I fancied Rose Gold to match my iPad. The price was reasonable too. My new case arrived really quickly which I was pleased about.At first I was unhappy as I didn’t realise it had a swivel function and couldn’t see me liking it. However by time time I’d used it a couple of days I am so pleased with it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the seller and the product.The only reason I’ve put only four stars in my rating is because it’s not as posh as my previous real leather case, but I’m more than happy with it.

As soon as I unpacked this case and felt the build quality and inside materials I hated it.This case did not auto lock the screen as advertised, I think I found the magnet intended for this function, way off from the required location and so week that I’m unsure if it would work if it was in the right place!While the finish on the outside of the case is quite nice the inside is cheep and will not last. The groves to hold the iPad up at an angle were too shallow to do that job. The twist feature was an annoyance rather than an asset.The circle around the apple logo left a black ring on the back of my iPad after using the case for 10 days.As soon as I opened it I realised it was the same build as one my daughter had 5 years ago that broke within a couple of months just leaving the back section intact.Needless to say I bought a different case of the same value a little over a week later and I’m very happy with that.
