Help at hand!
Only had this manual for a day and it has already pointed me - a car mechanic virgin 😛 - in the right direction to change a fuse (I thought those died out in the 80's) to make the wipers work again!!! An absolute must when confronted with an actual engine rather than a plastic barrier when opening the car bonnet!

Missing important information
I knew there had to be a second fuse board as there was no flasher unit under the seat!I had to ask several people to to locate the flasher unit! Not a mention in this book!What else’s missing!

Poor quality pics
The print and pictures are low quality so you can't see too much detail. The manual lacks key information as I found out when I was trying to dismantle the dash recently. It's a shame as Haynes used to be the best manuals out there.

Standardwerk, muss man haben!
Das Standardwerk für den Landi Schrauber. Die Details auf den Bildern sind zum Teil etwas schwer zu erkennen, dafür ist aber auch alles drin, was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Ach ja, Englisch sollte man ziemlich gut können und die Beispiele und Bilder gehen von einem Rechtslenker aus ...

Nice and simple and well laid out. I’ve spent many hours flicking through it thinking how easy everything looks, only to spend the next fortnight swearing to myself about how I should have never started.If you own a dripping oil can like the Defender, you’ll need this and 10mm socket.
