This isn't a hat, and it's definitely not a "cat ear" shaped anything. It's a small square of poorly knit, fraying fabric that was already pulling apart as soon as it came out of the bag. It's about the size of a rectangular dish rag folded in half, has no cat ear shape at all, and is only a hat if your head is the size of a large orange. There's no elasticity in the opening of this "hat," so it's basically just a fabric square.
