The ingredients and allergens are not included or completed in the product description. This product contain more allergens than milk and the seller "Soaring Eagles" doesn't want to take responsability after contact for return/refund without reply. Amazon support keep saying they can't help.People with allergies can have severe reaction or even die for anaphylaxis but looks like the seller and Amazon do not care about it. Be careful when you buy this product if you have some food requirements.Also, you will not be able to get help from Amazon and the seller will ignore you. I don't have more options to talk with my bank.Please, becareful with this product.

Myself and colleagues purchased this for a work social event and unfortunately out of 14 people, only 2 people’s houses stayed standing for a short time.The house is heavy and despite instructions does not always stay up.We have all said, we wouldn’t look to purchase this item again.

This would be so nice if it had arrived in good condition the main parts of the house were cracked in have and had corners broken off.We arranged it flat on a board and enjoyed decorating it anywayYou take a chance in the post for it to arrive in one piece

Nice ser
Nice set but unfortunately some of the pieces were broken when it arrived. We had some success fixing them with icing but in the end made the house 2d still kept the children busy and looked beautiful when decorated

Waste of money
A lot of money to pay for a box of broken biscuits!Apart from the reindeer and the trees it all arrived broken - very disappointing with two under 5’s on Xmas Eve.

Arrived broken and doesn’t work
Ours arrived broken. Tried to fix with sugar however just made the whole thing unstable.The icing sugar is not strong enough to stick. Complete disappointment don’t waste your money. We haven’t been offered a refund even after requesting it.
