Sweet Heartbreak (Weybridge Academy Book 1)

This story is a mix of rags to riches, a father who comes back into the picture who happens to be rich and a little Romeo and Juliet. I was drawn in within first few pages and I am excited to read the next book. Here’s hoping for a way for Noah and Isobel to proceed!

I liked this book I was very pleased how the plot was laid out. I think that I was a little saddened about the ending I hope that the author is glueing back the relationship because I am rooting for isoah/noabel

I really liked the story! I want to know more about the feud, and hopefully see Noah and Isobel overcome everything that’s standing in their way!

Loved it . But I hate the cliffhanger.. but I kinda hope Wes and iz get together but if not I hope it gets better for her.

It was a very sad at the end but I loved it. Ready to read the second book already. 😚

It’s not the type of story I’m into but I was already to far in to quit. It has instant love and constant miscommunication

I really like the plot of this story, and there were some really good moments and characters throughout. For example, I loved the twins, Cress & Anna, Noah, and Luther. However, I found the cliffhanger upsetting which means it was good.My primary issue with this book revolved around the volume of unnecessary details added throughout the book, which served as fluff to pad the book. I also found the heroine/female lead to be painstakingly annoying at times. The author had her mention being poor and coming from a different world every 5 seconds! Her attitude towards Matthew was over the top and seemed worthy of a 13yr old, not a 17 yr old. She also acted dumb when it was obvious Noah liked her. I wish authors would write heroines with more realistic reactions than the stereotypical playing coy or pretending not to know the guy is into them. I also wish authors would realize that a shorter book with high-quality content is better than a longer book smothered in irrelevant jargon.I still do plan to read the second book, which speaks to my enjoyment of the overall plot.

yessss literally so good look out for the cliff hanger. Honestly one of the best books i’ve read in a while, i stayed up till the early hours of the morning to read and finish it!!

Couldn't put this down. Loving the romance between isobel and Noah. I am enjoying that it is set in America. The plot is great and I am desperate to read the second book

Alexandra Moody does NOT disappoint! Everything I’ve read of hers is incredible, and this latest release is certainly keeping her standard high! Great character depth and never reveals too much - I have so many questions to be answered in the next one! Now just to wait until January to read it!
