I have been taking Nature’s Bounty Lemon Flavored Mini Omega-3 450 mg EPA / DHA Supplement Softgels for over 4 weeks now, I feel good. I like the composition without preservatives, no artificial colors, no sugar, no starch, no gluten, no milk, no lactose, no wheat, no yeast. So it is an ideal supplement for people who are lactose intolerant. The capsules are easy to swallow thanks to the gel coating. This supplement will stay with me for a long time. I recommend it

So far so good. I have difficulty swallowing the usually giant omega 3 capsules but these are about half the size and manageable. No strange taste or smell with these. Hoping for some improvement in cholesterol and circulation. Time will tell.

I got these when my normal omega small tablets were out of stock. These are only slightly bigger. I am not great at swallowing big tablets and so far these have been fine to swallow

After feeling really run down and just generally unwell I have been looking around for a daily supplement that could possibly assist me in feeling better on a daily basis. I don't often take fish oil supplements so I know I am definitely lacking in the omega-3 as I rarely have anything in my diet that would provides this so it was great to see that Nature's Bounty Mini Omega-3 softgels provided this for me in mini form. I was really pleased that they didn't smell overall fishy as that is my normal main concern with products like this but what you really have to expect with fish oil supplements. I loved the convenient mini softgel format making them extremely easy to swallow, I took 2 a day after my dinner. I rated these only 3 stars as for the first week and a bit of taking these I had quite an upset stomach but it seems to have settled slightly now, I've been taking for a little over 4 weeks. I do feel more alert so hopefully will see some longer-term benefits with continued use.
