Worked well to remove a wiper scratch. Easy to use, just take time and don't let the glass overheat.

I had a screen with loads of wiper scratches. Very disconcerting at night, but at £800 not really wanting to replace it.I spent about an hour yesterday and the results are dramatically improved.Couple of caveats:1) Mask the rest of the car. It's not *very* hard but it's not fun getting the splatter off the rest of the car. I'd suggest all of the roof, rear screen (if you have a coupe like mine) front doors and bonnet.2) Take your time.3) Make sure you keep the paste wet. You really don't need much. I figure I used about 1/10 of the bottle, and one of the pads.4) Forget the cloth supplied if you're doing a large area.5) The scratches I had were very shallow. You couldn't feel them with the fingernail test. Larger stone chips I have are not removed. They *seem* to be reduced, but are currently shown into relief by being full of cerium oxide, which is white. It's faiding out already, though.6) While not perfect, *seriously* good improvement. If I look for some of the larger scratches I can see them, but I get as much reduction in visibility from smearing in the wipers.In general, recommended.

I had the misfortune of a small stone bouncing off the motorway and jamming itself between my widow wiper and windscreen at the same moment my window wiper was starting a full sweep. The result was a screeching full moon scratch across the windscreen. The scratch was surface level deep and I could just about feel it under my fingernail.I reluctantly ordered this product after reading mixed reviews on its performance. However, upon receipt I followed the instructions exactly and used my Bosch Cordless Combi Drill EasyImpact 18V-40V. After 30 minutes of continuous polishing using three blobs of the substance, I managed to completely remove the scratch.

In my opinion the advertised is misleading. When you said removes it will take away or get rid off, nothing will left behind.I think the windshield now in our generation everything is computerised according to thick, visual, safety, weight and so on.Once it get damage like scratch that's it.The visual will be affected. In my opinion dont ever sand paper even to the finest one it will get worse i think.Companies who fix car .windshield will suggest change to new one. They will not suggest they can fix the scratch without changing to brand new.In fairness of the windshield polishing repair kit.Yes it did take out the hazy rainbow line but the mark of the scratch's still there. This is only good for cleaning and to make shine. But removes wiper blade damage i think is NOT.. I will going to finish all the polishing paste see if there would be a changes for the mark. and i will update this review.

Had deep scratches on a car windscreen that I'd bought, could see it all the time nearly looked like a crack, polished with this for 1 hr, scratch is very nearly gone in all but the brightest of sunlightImpressed enough can barely notice what was a very annoying scratch

I bought this and to be honest was dubious about whether any product was able to get the scratch out of my windscreen, but really happy with the result. Attached the pads to my polishing machine and after about 15 mins, working in the compound, adding a little water managed to get the scratch out completely. Really really happy.

I was a bit dubious when I purchased this as mixed reviews. I had a significant arc scratch from debris caught under wiper. Used this in a battery powered drill and it has reduced the scratches and marking quite a good bit. Maybe my marks were too deep for full restoration or I'm too impatient. I would recommend the kit for the price.
