Health and wellbeing topped up.
I’ve always stuck to big brands but when I came across IsoBiotics I thought I’d make the jump.2nd month in, and my deficiencies have improved dramatically!Just noticed on their website they do other sports related services, so next step will be my food intolerance test.Great product, definitely would recommend!

Rather…fragrant 😆
A great quality multivitamin. These contain a lot more varied and rarer ingredients than your standard multivitamin. It also contains Methylcobalamin B12 which is a sign of great quality as most contain the chemically synthesised Cyanocobalamin version. These are very strong smelling and tasting, yeasty and slightly acidic so be prepared if you have a sensitive nose or palate. I’m usually fine to down anything if it’s good for my health but even I was like…woah 😂However, it’s just a small niggle, it doesn’t bother me as it’s just for a second. These are on the slightly pricy side I will say but they are really good quality and as I said above contain some rarer, beneficial ingredients.Overall I can recommend these and I would purchase again 👌👍

Good!
These are a broad range multi vitamin which covers a multitude. I take a few things everyday and this is one of them. I am never quite sure how they work, if they do, but I think they do and that's the main thing. These are everything I need in a multi vit and they are British and vegan, which I like too. I am pleased with them, despite the slight odor, but that's fairly normal. Recommended.

Not a pleasant taste
A good multivitamin with more vitamins and minerals than your standard multivitamin tabletHowever it is let down by its smell and taste which were not to my likingIt is also a bit more expensive than other rival multivitamins

Impressive list of ingredients
At £16 for a bottle I feel like these are quite expensive. I don't spend lots of money on supplements as a general rule, I focus on having a varied, whole-food, plant based diet and lots of exercise. Having said that, I always take a bog standard multi-vitamin and a joint supplement, just to make sure I'm getting my B12 (as don't eat meat) and as I do a lot of running. Having said that, I did some research on the extra ingredients in this particular supplement and, to be fair, they are pretty good. The coQ10 in particular stood out, as this is not in your standard cheap multivitamin, and is particularly recommended for over 40s. Well, I'm 43 so that'll be me.So, all in all, I am happy to recommend this supplement, it has some extra special quality ingredients included, which is reflected in the price, and that's only fair.

Multivitamins, coenzyme Q10 and additional supporting elements
As a multivitamin complex this works well having the extra elements added to it, giving it further value. I think the addition of the antioxidants alpha-lipoic acid and coenzyme Q10, the carotenoids lutein (believed to support eye health) and astaxanthin, bladderwrack extract and the adaptogic reishi mushroom is great. All of the nutrients are in respectable amounts (but please be advised that although many are at 100% nutrient reference value, NRV is only a reference of how much is needed to prevent deficiencies, not necessarily optimal daily amounts). Saying that, the formula is still good, and more so since many of the nutrients are in particularly bioavailable form.Effect-wise, I’m probably not expecting anything too noticeable from a general multivitamin complex, but this one (and probably as a result of the mushroom and the coenzyme Q10) seems to add to my sense of general wellbeing and ability to focus – to a degree, at least. Although the mushroom is only 50 mg, I still think it’s enough notice its inclusion. The only non-active ingredient here (apart from the capsule shell) is magnesium stearate, which is widely used in supplements, and from what I can gather, is deemed relatively safe. For the price, amount (a month’s supply if taking the two capsules-per-day recommendation), the extra elements and science-based formula, makes this a worthy contender in the multivitamin market.
