This is Mr Thompson again I still have,not had a reply from you about my toaster I lost my temper with it threw it out what waste of money rubbish toaster did,ent work proper from day one even phoned the manufactures but they couldn't help me they told me to phone Amazon couldn't get through to them bad product

Looks good until crumbs get stuck in front of the heating bar, they’re difficult to remove and ones that fell on the bar burnt on and are visible black marks due to the window. Also a half bagel got stuck on the prongs that are on the bit you put the bread into and needed brute force to remove it which bent the metal so now thin slices can fall down in the gap and will not pop up so using tongs. Wanted to return because the manual says 1 year warranty but there doesn’t seem to be a button to click to do that...Update : online chat person gave me a full refund and I didn’t even need to return the toaster. Fabulous :)

Great idea to view toasting but product has a technical flaw with the safety switch which stop the machine working! Need a change to the glass panel holder to ensure switch works.

I had this toaster for couple of months now and had no issue with. Looks stylish in the kitchen. The only small issue is uf you put sliced bread with seeds in it, the seeds can fall on the heater and it will burn. Other than that very satisfied!

I bought this to replace a wide single slot Phillips toaster I’d had for years and it looks good and works well but it’s very short and my bread sticks out of the top, even putting a single slice in edge on there is still a bit missed. I bought the smallest loaf I could find in my supermarket send still there is a part left untoasted. Disappointed, even more so since I found one in Next home store which would have been perfect.

I have no idea what Amazon means by the word "sheerness". If they were trying to say transparency, then yes, I can see the toast through the side.The toaster is fun, effective and the same price as a boring non-window toaster

No a fan, the window is a bit rubbish, and so is the even-ness of the toasting, why can no one get this right!
