I received the package and it's really good quality. The product instructions are very detailed. Do not loose the book you will never get this thing together without it. Super happy with the detail. I have to say I am having so much fun, this is the first build I have done in years. Zero regret other then not building it with my stepson. If this company reads this it would be super cool if you did more tall ships like Portuguese SANTA MARIA MANUELA, and British, French tall ships as well.

Was a gift for my grandson and the main issue is unable to finish due to missing pieces. It's not just 1 or 2 which I would've put up as him miss placing them, but so far we're talking about 15 pieces.

First of all, this was ordered as a JM Bricklayer product#40102 with 2868 pieces. The instruction manual has a JMBricklayer sticker over the Mould King logo product number 13199 with 3180+ pieces. I found that odd. The build has been somewhat challenging - not a problem generally as I’ve done multiple larger Lego and Pantasy kits as well. However, I am stuck at step 316, which requires a medium sized assembled piece to be connected by two ball and socket joints to a part of the main ship which is itself connected via hinge and has another hinged piece in its assembly. Only one socket can be connected without multiple pieces disconnecting as the second is attempted. Very frustrating that this step is holding up the rest of the assembly.
