Good self help book for those who struggle to focus on anything. Be it professional work, involved or uninvolved work. Good techniques laid out to avoid screen time, priority, importance etc.+ Nicely categorized and sequenced- The font is too small for eyes. Have to keep it close to the eyes- Tamil translation is good at some point and quite hard to understand some over few context. The author seems tried to convert the exact english word. Could have been better.Overall, good book.

The Cover of the book seems old, torn on the corners. Bad quality overall.

I first purchased this Tamil version but it is very tough to read so I purchased original English version in kindle. English translation is good. I would suggest if you can read English go with English than Tamil version of this book

Because of the overhype in social media i bought this one and started reading..this book is not suitable for the people who are working other than IT field.
