Excellent for bread dough - light, doesn’t stick and easy to clean
I bought this bowl so I would have an extra should I want to make two double batches of dough at a time and I can now leave my dough mixtures to do their first proves in the bowl. It is absolutely amazing. The dough (or cake batter) doesn’t stick as it does to the original metal, and it cleans so easily. Extra bonus is that it’s light to lift. I love and use this one so much I’m now going to buy another.

This bowl does not fit all kenwood mixers as stated, i have a kenwood chef xl, sowhen when the bowl arrived i contacted the seller i was told it's not a kenwood chef . So be aware.
