I use Nettle Leaf for relief from seasonal allergies. It helps ease my allergies tremendously. I recently took this as I usually do this time of year and I happened to be nursing and having low milk supply. To my amazement my milk increased. I took the nettles for three days and had increased milk supply for that period of time. It wasn't until after I stopped taking the nettles that I realized it was what increased my supply. I have continued to take the nettles now for over a month with the same improvement to my supply. I don't know how it works or why I just know it helped me. Prior to this I took fenugreek and blessed thistle for 3 months without any results. I hope this helps someone else like me who is having low milk supply and has tried the other herbs without success.

I love stinging nettles. It's a natural healer. It helps balance the immune system, detox during cold season and I even have healed numerous plants by using it as a poultice where the plant is wounded! Great for lungs too. Helps to keep them clear.

Just got the nettle leaf and first night woke up half way threw the night w a major headache. Second night slept all the way threw but woke up for the day w huge headache. This happened w when they replace product with alcohol. And sell it! We are now done this company I will NEVER buy from Gaii leaf I have about 6 or so bottles of tincture from the same company that did the same thing, so I stopped taking the liquid. So now I’m done taking nettle leaf from this company ever!! It’s not worth getting a super bad super hard to get ride of headache! I hope it was worth it as I buy it 2 bottles monthly one tinc and one I’m pill form. I good repeat customer gone! This order was for pill form but they both have alcohol in them. Now to get my money back.

Stinging nettle leaf is easy to swallow and no problems so far but I have only taken it for a short period of time.
