I’ve been using this every day for two weeks and love it! I pump my music on and twist and turn. You can do your basic side to side twist and turn but I go up and down side to side twist and turn as well to mix it up so I feel tension in difference places to make it even more awesome. It’s so not intimidating and makes you WANT to keep using it! It’s fun! I use it when I watch TV but mostly I listen to my music. Amazon has the best price too, I checked other places. Go for it! I’m totally NOT disappointed. 😀

I had been looking for an exercise product to help trim my waist and I knew I wanted one where I could stand and twist like we use to do in elementary school, I ran across this and it was perfect. Works great, light weight, easy to assemble, and store anywhere in your home.

I like this & it’s fun. But, for it to truly be fun & functual you have to have it designed so it not only works the whole body aerobiically but also strength training in upper & lower parts of your body as well!!!!!! **Plus, include atleast five or more resistance level’s!!!!! If you start making these I would alway’s buy them!!!!! 😊

I got my box a couple days late. Taking it out of the box and setup was quick and easy. Took a minute to see where the battery should go. Couldn't see into the dark box. I like it. Instead of sitting & watching TV I can play on my new toy. Delete the 1 star I gave! 🌟
