Works as expected

This is a great tool for my drafting and architecture classes. It has some great details that I am not able to find on other templates i.e. ceiling fan, plants, nursery room details, and bureau sizes. Includes all bed sizes, door swings, ranges, showers, bathtubs, vanities, washer, dryer, water heater, sewing machine, sofa bed, wing chair and arm chair.Love the plants and ceiling fans! If you are a student in interior design or just want to make a great blueprint for your home, this is a great template for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The plastic feels high quality, flexible yet sturdy.

Nice quality but a bit pricey - seems to be they are cheaper when you can find them in stores but then again there are few stores who even carry stuff like this anymore. so you "pays the price and move on"

My wife is a landscape designer, and refuses to use any computer aided product in her designs. As she says, she has much better detail control as she does her designs by hand.There is a standard that is used to represent trees, bushes, flowers, etc, and this template make drawing thoughs on her designs much easier, as well as faster.She has started a collection of various tools and templates that have really improved the time to delivery for her, as well as cleaning up her designs.A great tool for any landscape designer

Perfect size for 1/4 graph paper. Stencil is thin enough to use drafting leads, is flexible but well made of strong material.Made in India

We're building a house. This template is exactly the same scale as our blueprints so it's a great aid in planning furniture for rooms. Note that the King Bed on the template is actually a "California King."

So glad I could find these. Need the ones for interior fixtures and different sizes too. Let me know if you get them. Large velum is also something we look for.
