What you See is What you GET - Good Quality!
Definitely gets the job done and we used all three of the products. Some of the hats came dented but we were able to pop them right into place. The noise makers are standard noise makers and overall you get what you see. They are used only once a year obviously so the price you pay for a party favor is worth it.
