I have not yet try them so i can not comment on their effectiveness. But, having used Wellman MAX I can vouch for this brand. Looking forward to adding them to my diet from next month. ps. prices are amazing compared to local retailers including tesco/etc.

These vitamins are sold by Amazon at a great price compared to the high street. They arrived on time next day as expected. The vitamins themselves contain all the key ingredients needed to maintain healthy skin and all round good health. I have found my skin has improved since taking these for the last 3 months. My skin is less dry, less red and less prone to blemishes. Importantly when I do get the odd spot it heals incredibly quickly. I take these daily with either lunch or dinner. Two tablets are needed as part of each dosage so, one pack of last a month.
