Great boots
For the last 10 or so years iv been trying to find the perfect boots. Im not saying these are it but they are very close. Id normally go through 2 pairs a year with ease if not three. This range from the rubbish £40 apprentice dewalts to £110 CAT boots and timberland. Turns out more money doesnt mean better. Im an electrician and work 50/60 hours a week so sending 200 hours+ a month in work boots they need to be comfy and these really are i used to wear thin rubish socks as my feet sweated too much but after buying 10 pairs of dickies work sock they are a team made in heaven they so comfy and really breathable even in high heat. Iv had a friend say he needed to wear his in but if you mown about wearing in boots you probably shouldnt be wearing a pair. Build quality is brilliant being on my knees a good percentage of the week the toes wear quickly but theres after 14 month have only just started coming through. Some people my say thats not good but the CATs i had showed metal in the first 5months. Id definitely say they are very hard wearing. The back heel was another problem for me digging in over time but with these never had a problem. The waterproof part i can say im not that fussed about if im working out side i wear steel toe wellies so cant say iv tested it all that much but i did stand in a large puddle days ago and no water got in even with a hole in the top on the steel. The only things i dislike and i can hardly say its a dislike is they are big boots. I went from super light weight boots to these and noticed it alot! But after a week or so they felt normal easy to work in. The only other thing that iv found with 100s of other boots is the steel doenst quite cover my little toe BUT does have good support for it. All in all they are brilliant boots super comfy and hardwearing definitely worth the money will be buying a second pair and iv never owned two pairs of the same boot!

Stomp, Stomp, Stomp - Boots!!
These boots are absolutely useless for ballet - now we've got past that how good are they?I have had many, many (if I type many again you will get the idea) many! pairs of working boots in my career - from the stupidly expensive to the ludicrously cheap; so perhaps I can offer a little advice. When you want a pair of boots, no matter what it's for, you want them to be comfortable, safe, hardwearing and let's face it decent looking so no one on site or in the workplace can take the p... sorry, make fun of you. DeWalt have over the years provided some pretty good, if variable quality foot wear. I have had some of their boots fail, I have to be fair, but in the main mostly they have been good through the ridiculous punishment and torture I have unmitigatingly put them through - no i'm not a complete idiot - but if my boots were children I'd be behind bars!So what about these specific boots? (thank God at last he's got to the point!)Well, I've been waiting a few months to pen my review and it has been well worth the wait - simply put - these are some of the best boots for the price out there - flipping comfortable from day one, they support your ankles wonderfully and more importantly hold your entire foot securely, provided you wear proper socks for what you are doing - and apparently according to the guy I saw in the Brighton gay pride rally wearing a pair, were very comfortable and he was wearing tights!Seriously though - everyday wear and tear doesn't worry these tough little monsters; keep them clean and they will keep your feet safe and warm and more importantly comfortable. They are tough but treat them with a bit of respect and they will last you a sensible amount of time - people who walk about in wet concrete all day and never clean their boots, then complain that they fall apart after a month really need not apply - we've all met them (lots of agreement from the back I hear) and whatever they use will never be good enough - remember folks it's a bad workman who blames his tools - and yes there are a great number of 'tools' out there blaming everything. If you want a decent pair of work boots that will do what you want, simply, sensibly and without fuss and hassle then look no further - I always suggest that when you buy them, use a good quality suede protector spray on them to increase the life and waterproofing and like me you will be extremely happy with your purchase. One final note - these boots look good too - OK not high fashion, but rugged and to a degree quite smart in the scheme of things - I shouldn't really say that as now Gucci will copy them and the damn things will be ten times the price - my apologies!Go on, bite the bullet, pay the price and enjoy these boots - I very much doubt you will be disappointed - unless all your boots only last a month - perhaps this says more about you than the boots eh?

Good solid boots
im a scaffolder, these boots last me just over a year, Iv owned 3 pairs. They are good, a lot stronger than them apprentices. They’re comfy and feel cool walking about in them all day. Decent weight to them. I don’t find them heavy, even with the mid-sole protection. The waterproofing is really good, people saying it’s pony, but I haven’t had any dramas with them and letting water in.I do recommend them, and price is good. Anywhere else they are £79 quid. I paid £65 on here, but if I had to pay £79 I would.Give them 4 stars, because with every dewalt boot the lace or laces, break at any given time haha. Everyone knows that.

Very good
Very good shoes, was a little worried to start but few hours in and they were already great fit, didn’t need breaking in at all really. Comfy enough and i expect they’ll last me for quite some time

Recommend these work boots
Have worn these for a few months now and can’t recommend them enough.Firstly they look great and although they do scuff, that’s expected on the job site.Secondly they are comfy and there’s no issue in wearing them all day every week.Would recommend a pair to anyone who wants to keep their toes but also has to be on their feet all day.
