Works after modification
Installed into a 2013 Silverado 2500HD LTZ. I had to cut a corner of the plastic connector, so the USB connector on my truck would fit in all the way. Besides that, it works great.

Did not work with my truck
The description says it will fit my truck to utilize the factory USB port for use with my new stereo. Sadly it did not fit. The back on the USB ports are female, which requires a male end. This short extension also has a female end, so will not work.
