True to its name..very Calming
This tonie has great relaxation exercises. My 5 year old uses this when she needs to calm down from her “Big Emotions” Sound quality is on par with the tonies brand. Would be great for ages 3-6, while they are learning what their emotions are and how to navigate them.

Helps my granddaughter at night.
