We have had it together for a while. So far it's been very sturdy! It's a very nice, heavy toy

How tall is this figure?

All individual figures from this line are six (6) inches in height.

Is that helmet removable? Or an extra Tony Stark head?

No there is not an extra head and the helmet is not removable. The War Machine from this set has a spare head, and the Iron-Man Mk43 from the Thanos line does as well.
