Ella's Kitchen Blueberries Apples Bananas & Vanilla Puree, Stage 1 (4+ months), Pack of 7, 840g

Off on holiday for a week and won't have access to kitchen facilities so decided to buy several different boxes of different flavours as they seemed really good value. When we started weaning at 6 months my son would only take very smooth purée. It's has no lumps which isn't as great now for our now 8 month old but very suitable for those who are starting out weaning like we did. They can then move up very quickly to new textures. This is my favourite pouch and I buy this regularly for if we are out, mixed in with his morning porridge and any that is left is mixed with dairy free yoghurt (he has a dairy allergy) and frozen for summer treats. My son wolfed the pouch down and I enjoyed the taste to. The ingredients are simple, taste is excellent and unlike the jars they don't have any of that added nonsense in them. I love this product and it really is great quality. Recommend to all new parents.

A brilliant product. Peace of mind of knowing you are feeding your baby a totally healthy, organic diet with the minimum of effort. My baby loves these meals, making meal times far less stressful. They are pureed to perfection making it easy for little folk to swallow. They taste really nice and the addition of fruit to the vegetable content makes them far more palatable for babies. I feel that the contents of these meals goes some way in avoiding my baby becoming constipated. There are a variety of different meals so I have found that unless I cook a meal myself, I use these handy packs for most of my baby's meals. The packing is lightweight so easy to pack for meals out. Baby can feed directly from the pack when they become a little older. A brilliant product which makes using pre-made baby foods less of a guilt trip.

These are actually for myself as fresh fruit goes mouldy very quickly. Plus they are great with ice cream.

A gift for baby who is very young. Product “Ella” is known in our British supermarket. This has been advertised for babies who are more than 4 months. You have to decide with your family when your baby is ready for milk as well as purée-food.

I love the Ella's kitchen ranges. I have an almost 2 year old who eats a huge variety of food, perfectly well, with his hands or cutlery. But for some reason, vegetables seem to become transparent when they feature on his plate. Even when I point them out to him, he still can't see them, and they go untouched. Mind you, if I mix them in with other foods, he miraculously spots them and picks them out :-/ offer them in liquid form in a pouch, however, and they suddenly become more appealing! And this is a BLW child who was never spoon fed purees! So, until this fussy stage passes, I'll just be thankful that there is *some* way of getting vegetables into him, and Ella's kitchen pouches do have particularly delicious combinations.
