Woks great, came with a us power cord, just be aware when you weigh something it defaults to kg and not lbs. You have to press kg/lb button to switch, but it does not display which units it is currently weighing. The display should show kg or lb to avoid confusion.

The media could not be loaded. How does this work. I am really annoyed because this is slowing down my production. It doesn't work at all. The screen is just blank. Can someone assist me please. The manual is not helpful at all.
